Once a hotel, 900 Morrissey has been thoughtfully transformed into a place of stability and belonging for those in need of housing. Opening in Fall 2025 in Dorchester, our community will provide fully furnished, single-occupancy studios through Boston’s Coordinated Access System, with a preference for persons experiencing homelessness and elderly 62+ years. Residents will enjoy on-site laundry, a welcoming community room, and team who cares.

Pine Street Inn Supportive Services
Supportive services will be provided 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by Pine Street Inn's expert case management teams.
Income-Based Furnished Homes
Our furnished studios will have rents based on your income. If you're in between employment or on a fixed income, we will have a home for you.
